One of the most beautiful waterfalls I’ve visited within NSW, Belmore falls is split into two separate falls spanning over 100m in height. This particular day was heavily overcast and windy with a constant threat of rain. I was able to catch a few moments of calm to put take some aerial photos and video of Belmore Falls which turned out better than expected. The recent rain had restocked water supplies upstream ensuring a strong flow of water over the falls and into the two pools below.

Belmore Falls is a 2 hour drive south of Sydney and is very easy to access via a well maintained unsealed road. It can get busy here so it’s best to visit early or during the week. There is an abandoned path winding down to the bottom of the falls for the more adventurous which will reward you with stunning photos and an opportunity to jump into the fresh water pools.
